Bulgogi Burger

A Korean Bulgogi Burger is a modern take on the classic burger that incorporates Korean flavors and ingredients. Bulgogi is a popular Korean dish made with thinly sliced beef that has been marinated in a sweet and savory sauce made with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and other seasonings.

To make a Korean bulgogi burger, cook Oppa's Korean BBQ then top it with cheese, caramelized onions, accompanied by traditional Korean condiments like gochujang (a spicy red pepper paste) or kimchi (fermented vegetables). The burger can be served on a bun or lettuce wrap.

Korean bulgogi burgers can be found at many Korean-American fusion restaurants, food trucks, and even fast-food chains like McDonald's and Burger King in Korea. They have gained popularity in recent years due to their unique flavor and the increasing popularity of Korean cuisine worldwide.

The combination of sweet and savory OPPA's Bulgogi, Gochujang mayo sauce, and tangy toppings make for a mouth-watering burger experience that is sure to delight fans of both classic burgers and Korean cuisine.
